Construction method

1.Clean the surface
- Completely removes foreign substances such as existing paint and dust.
- Clean the concrete holes or depressions.
2. Material mixing
- Add 0.3L of water to 2kg of DC1000 and mix evenly.
- Mix enough so that the powder does not clump with an electric mixer.(About 2 minutes)
- If you do not have an electric mixer, use a long rod to mix it sufficiently. (About 3 minutes)
- It is recommended to use warm water in winter.
3. Construction
-Apply evenly with trowel or spatula and plaster at the same height as the existing floor.
-After construction and before the DC1000 is completely dried, finish with a wet sponge for smooth You can make the surface.






Precautions


  • It is not recommended to install at very low temperature (0℃).
  • It must be used within 15 minutes after mixing with water.
